By accessing or using the Moneymonial platform — whether to search for properties, list a property, connect with agents, or use any of our investment tools — you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not access or use our services.

This policy applies to all users of our platform, including property buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, real estate agents, and investors across India. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. The following retention periods apply:

  • Account Data: Retained for the duration of your active account plus 3 years following closure, to comply with legal and tax obligations.
  • Enquiry & Transaction Records: Retained for 7 years in accordance with Indian financial record-keeping requirements.
  • Property Search & Browsing History: Retained for 24 months from the date of activity, after which it is anonymised or deleted.
  • Communication Records: Chat messages and support tickets retained for 2 years; call recordings for 6 months.
  • Marketing Preferences: Retained until you withdraw consent or opt out of marketing communications.
  • Technical & Device Data: Retained for 13 months in line with analytics data retention standards.

When data is no longer required, we securely delete or anonymise it so that it can no longer be linked back to you. Data that has been anonymised may be retained indefinitely for market research and trend analysis purposes.

We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every third-party website you visit. The inclusion of a link to a third-party website on our platform does not constitute our endorsement of that website or its privacy practices.

Social Login: If you choose to register or log in using a third-party service such as Google or Facebook, we receive only the basic profile information you authorise that service to share (typically name and email address). We do not receive your password for those services, and their use is governed by their own privacy policies.

Children's Privacy

The Moneymonial platform is intended for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from children under the age of 18. Our services involve real estate transactions and financial decisions that are, by their nature, suited only to adults.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a person under 18, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our records.
